Semersky Enterprises, Inc is growing and we are looking for top talent to grow with us. Our group is comprised of Audi Exchange, Porsche Exchange, and Chevy Exchange, headquarted in Highland Park, IL. Our newest store, Audi of Kirkwood, will be celebrating it's grand opening in March of 2024! We are looking to add dynamic talent to help support the sales team and drive vehicle sales for the store. 

Summary

The BDC Sales Associate is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone call and/or email messages and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales. S/He is responsible for connecting with online customers, explaining product availability and features, as well as working to schedule vehicle viewings. The BDS Sales Associate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will be responsible for driving internet sales and meeting monthly sales goals. The incumbent for this position must demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend written language as well as be able to write coherently and communicate through written language. S/He will be expected to communicate with clients on a regular basis and will need to be able to present themselves in a professional manner. Additionally, the BDC Sales Associate must demonstrate the ability to compute basic mathematical equations and must be comfortable working with percentages and decimals. 

Task Statements

• Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email or in person.
• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
• Satisfies the transportation needs of Internet-generated customers.
• Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
• Assists customers in selecting vehicles.
• Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
• Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
• Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
• Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories etc., and their benefits to customers.
• Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
• Schedules first showroom visit appointment.
• Maintain a Professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D Required

Weekly base pay, plus weekly commissions, plus performance bonuses!
