Job Summary
The Sales Manager is a vital part of the sales team and will be accountable for assigned facility location activities while ensuring the Semper Laser values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. He/She will be responsible for client satisfaction, reaching new client quotas, and increasing monthly sales. It’s his/her job to develop the team, resolve issues, and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients. Must be a detailed, organized self-starter with the ability to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing laser industry environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit or stand and work on a computer for prolonged periods; walk; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Pay: $40k - 50k/ year with monthly commission!
Out of State training may be required, cost covered by Semper.
