**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

**Duties:**

- As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of tea-based beverages

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

- Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages served

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations according to customer’s preference

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service or retail industry (PREFERRED)

- Familiarity with food handling and preparation procedures

- Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products

- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Experience with Clover POS system is a plus

- Acceptable verbal English communication skill

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Shift: 5 hour shift ONLY (Negotiable)

• Day shift: 10:45AM-3:45PM

• Evening shift: 3:15PM-8:15PM
