JOB SUMMARY:
The Slot Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Slot Operations Shift Manager or the Slot Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations Department, including oversight of all slot machines and supervision of the Slot Operations staff. All Duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations.
2. Supervises, trains, and evaluates Slot Operations Cashiers.
3. Responsible for staffing and scheduling all Slot Operations cashiers, along with the Slot Operations Manager.
4. Responsible for general maintenance of the Slot Operations area and equipment to include point of sale register and currency counters.
5. Orders merchandise from approved suppliers and turns over to Purchasing and Receiving Specialist.
6. Prepares monthly reports.
7. Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures of the Slot Operations.
8. Responsible for running global cash reports.
9. Responsible for accurately monitoring and documenting daily cashier attendance records according to policies and procedures.
10. Perform payroll duties including submitting timecards/sheets in a timely manner and maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records and personnel files.
11. Assists with ATM issues.
12. Responsible for employee evaluations in an efficient and timely manner.
13. Assist with meter readings.
14. Responsible for processing win/loss statements.
15. Works with Techs to ensure all machines are working properly.
16. Fills in and covers shifts when short staffed.
17. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
1. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. One (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
4. Must possess excellent math skills and be able to perform accurately under pressure.

Pay: $43,347.00 - $45,000.00 per year
