Responsibilities:

Software Requirements Specification (SRS) Development :

• Develop SRS documents to support functional requirements impacting technical file specifications, including .dat and .xml.

Technical Specifications Management :

• Manage, update, and maintain all current technical specifications and guides.
• Develop new specifications and guides as needed to support new or revised system functionalities.

Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) :

• Review Technical Requirement Documents (TRD).
• Develop and update test scripts.
• Perform customer acceptance testing, including smoke and functional testing.
• Document testing outcomes and provide artifacts.
• Prepare TLSC documentation and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Industry Participation :

• Provide expert personnel to participate in industry meetings/forums, workgroups, task groups, and user groups.

Performance Metrics Development :

• Develop performance metrics to track and report the status of Customer Acceptance Testing.

Automated Test Script Development :

• Create automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.

Training Materials and SOP Development :

• Develop training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guides related to impacted applications.

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience :

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in technology or software development (preferred).
• Experience with .dat and .xml specifications is desired.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business processes and requirements.
• Experience analyzing business processes and recommending improvements.

Testing and Validation :

• Experience creating manual and automated test scripts.
• Experience performing customer acceptance testing (CAT) or user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience documenting test results and providing test artifacts.
• Experience performing production validation through smoke testing, regression testing, and functional testing.

Data Management :

• Experience working with data files and formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with relational databases.

Tools and Scripting :

• Proficiency with MS O365 tools: MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Access, Workflow.
• Hands-on knowledge of scripting languages such as SQL, Java, Python (optional).

Methodology :

• Experience with software test management using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Certifications :

• Software Testing certification is preferred.
