Senergy is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Boerne, TX

Seeking proactive, assertive, upbeat, driven individual with proven success in building relationships and closing business!This position is responsible for accelerating growth and market penetration in Company focused target markets through new Client development and current Client growth.
The position is located at our Boerne office and will require some overnight travel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, customers, vendors, suppliers and other outside professionals with whom the company deals with on a regular basis.
  • Effectively communicate with Client(s) and potential Client(s) in a timely manner, representing Schneider, all Client inquiries should have a response back time to Client within 48 hours of request.
  • Hunt for new business through research, referral partners, cold calls and other effective sources
  • Represent SEnergy when meeting with Client, potential Client, or other stakeholders.
  • Maintain good documentation, through Hubspot, including telephone conversations, meetings, reports, contract decisions, and all other pertinent information.
  • Receive and manage incoming inquires (phone calls, emails, etc.) from prospective customers and follow up through whole sales process.
  • Execute market strategy to gain new prospects to increase sales.
  • Develop and make presentations internally, and to all levels of corporate executives.
  • Manage and update pipeline weekly by close of business Friday to ensure readiness for Business Development meetings on Monday.
  • Report pipeline updates and new opportunities weekly to all associated management in scheduled Business Development Meeting.
  • Assist Marketing in preparing customer/ prospect quote letters with information provided by interdisciplinary team.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to completion on any customer/ prospect surveys and submit by request date.
  • Set up, coordinate, and attend Client meetings and/ or conference calls, as assigned. Coordinate with any technical staff that need to be involved in the meeting to ensure effectiveness.
  • Manage end to end sales processes from initial Client engagement to proposal responses and close contracts.
  • Maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • 5 years’ experience in B2B energy focused sales;
  • History of successful contract negotiation; self-starter
SKILLS:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills of time management, computers and systems, organizational and multi-tasking.
  • Self-starter
