We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Marketing Manager at our company. In this position, you will oversee and execute all marketing activities, leveraging your strategic mindset and dynamic approach to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and support our ambitious growth objectives. Collaborating closely with our leadership team and cross-functional partners, you will ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals. This role requires adaptability and agility to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. You will need to have a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate both high-level thinking and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, target market insights, and industry trends. Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and results.
• Brand Management: Define and uphold the agency's brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements. Lead efforts to strengthen brand recognition and reputation.
• Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and more. Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy to engage target audiences, build thought leadership, and drive organic traffic. Manage the creation of high-quality content assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives. Primarily, this will include the CRM and email marketing program, as well as LinkedIn marketing strategy and execution. Secondary priorities include SEO, SEM and online marketing. Stay abreast of emerging marketing opportunities, tactics and technologies that provide opportunities for growth.
• Marketing Automation: Leverage CRM & other technologies to support the future marketing initiatives and growth of SenesTech. Develop plan for marketing technology that supports the overall Marketing Strategy.
• Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to secure press coverage, speaking opportunities, and other PR initiatives. Leverage PR to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Partnerships: Assist the sales team in the management of the partner ecosystem. Consider partners in the above strategies and tactics, including content development, events, email and social media.
• Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data regularly to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor's degree in marketing ( preferred ), business administration, or related field ( required )
• At least 4-6 years' progressive leadership experience
• Working knowledge of performance marketing channels including paid marketing, CRM, SEO, etc.
• Experience in B2B SaaS growth hacking and implementing innovative growth strategies
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence a diverse audience succinctly with clear messaging across various forms of media.
• Hands on experience with B2B marketing automation & CRM tools, strategy, as well as an email marketing program leveraging the CRM.

Ideal Candidate Experience Includes

• Familiarity or working knowledge with agribusiness and pest management products
• Consumer packaged goods and retail marketing
• Experience in international trade or international business
• Experience in ecommerce with demonstrated successful execution of sales and marketing strategies

What We Offer
Our compensation package for this role includes a base salary range of $80,000-90,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographical location and job experience. We will share more specific compensation details during the recruiting process.
