Position Overview:
A clinical role with dual responsibility to oversee clinician productivity, as well as perform account management and billable services. The Associate Regional Director will maintain a high level of service and satisfaction, by ensuring our clients are provided excellent service, while maximizing patient headcount at each facility and organizing operations to service projected company growth. As the administrative role increases, the clinical role will decrease, and present a potential future opportunity to become a Regional Director of Operations in Maryland.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provision of clinical services.
- Visits all facilities on a regular basis in assigned territory.
- Provides guidance and support to all clinicians.
- Ensures clients needs are met by providing service excellence.
- Meet all facility utilization goals on assigned accounts.
- Ensure Clinician productivity goals are met.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on all staffing needs.
- Adhere to all SCT compliance/QA requirements on assigned accounts.
- Responsible for all other projects assigned by Sr. VP of Operations.
- Willing to commute to the following counties for admin duties:
- Carrol County, Howard County, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Prince George County, Montgomery County
Qualifications:
- Active Clinical licensure in Maryland as LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical
- Licensed Certified Professional Counselor
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Previous experience managing projects or staff for 3 or more years, preferably in the healthcare field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Able to travel to facility locations across Maryland.

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency
