RN Educators. We are looking for Registered Nurses to teach our Nurse Assistant I, Medication Administration, and Personal Care Service Courses. Must be an RN for more than 2 years, have minimum 1 year experience teaching Adult learners and a minimum of 2 years experience in Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have an unemcumbered license, and be in good standing with NCBON.

Our RN Educators are responsible for the education of current and future Certified Nursing Assistant students.

The successful RN Educator will be a motivated and dedicated teacher, and must be willing to take additional courses, as needed, in order to remain competent and updated with State requirements for our facility compliance.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Mentoring and teaching current and future nursing students.
• Designing, delivering, and evaluating educational / training materials.
• Documenting the students' progress and advising them on their educational journey.
• Researching and remaining up-to-date on clinical practices as it relates to courses taught.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in area of expertise

Qualifications for Nurse Educator

• Associate, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Must possess current valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• Nurse Educator certification preferred
• 2-5 years experience working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
• Previous experience teaching Adult Learners is preferred
• Must possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
