Job Description

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the business growth by managing all aspects of revenue generations to include referral development and branding through public relations, marketing & advertising; as well as lead management and customer service. Operates business in a manner that adheres to all SH Franchising System standards as well as federal, state and city regulations.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Responsible for growth of revenue, quality of service and all conversion aspects of the business (inquiry; assessment; increase in hours of current clients)
  • Responsible for ensuring staff are trained in the Fundamental Five for inquiries as well as
  • assessments and client interactions as appropriate.
  • Manages all marketing efforts to include events, grass roots marketing and attendance of networking events.
  • Partners with the Executive Director & the owner to make decisions on marketing and advertising budget.
  • Manages any marketing related staff or intern.
  • Analyze data at weekly meetings including client retention, client attrition and all conversion metrics. Ensure appropriate action plans are in place. Provides appropriate
  • mentoring/coaching/motivation as needed.
  • Oversees and is responsible for ordering and maintaining all marketing related materials and items.
  • Manages service inquiry process. Tracks and shares conversion rates for the office as well as each individual. Provides additional training if conversion rates are not meeting expectations. Manages inquiry call processing and assessments, conducts both as appropriate.
  • Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors' offices and other health providers) to determine lead sources Develop and manage new lead sources per blueprint and sales strategy
  • Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients, this includes private, public and non-profit organizations
  • Utilizes monthly marketing calendar to coordinate activity with national focus
  • Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor's offices and private companies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Senior Helpers services. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
  • Create, manage, and carry out all planning for events
  • Maintain and manage a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management system
  • Responsible for after-hours marketing events and after-hours new client assessments
