Job Summary
Senior Helpers is seeking a full-time and Part-time Caregivers to join our team in Antioch and Nashville area. The Caregiver will provide direct care and assistance for senior clients in a respectful, compassionate, and caring manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible hours and competitive pay.
Compensation & Health Benefits
• $14-$16 per hour, paid biweekly
• Flexible hours
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, errand-running, and other activities of daily living
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social interaction
• Record and report any changes in the client's condition or needs
• Provide services safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations concerning home care
• Address any client concerns or complaints
Requirements
• Valid driver's license with the ability to safely transport clients in own vehicle
• Ability to work with seniors in a patient and compassionate manner
• Understanding of personal care, hygiene, nutrition, and safety
• Ability to lift, turn, transfer, and reposition clients
