Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to the care manager.
• Follow care plans and ensure clients’ safety and well-being at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. OT hours are highly likely!
