Role Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will install grab bars, bed rails, toilet rails, and other basic fixtures in homes. You will also handle various handyman tasks and odd jobs as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced in general repairs, and adept with a wide range of tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install shower grab bars with precision and secure attachment
- Install fixtures such as bed rails, toilet rails, and other basic fittings
- Perform minor painting and filling gaps or crevices on walls
- Assist tradespeople with repairs as required
- Complete assigned duties and respond to emergency tasks as needed
- Lift objects up to 50lbs when necessary
- Conduct preventative maintenance repairs effectively and efficiently
- Identify and report the need for repairs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman with a successful track record of repairs and installations
- Proficiency with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with bathroom and kitchen fixtures
- Attention to detail and precision in task completion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle

- Expected Hours: 8 hours per week / 1 day per week
