SeniorsPlus has an opening for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

This is a full-time 40-hour week position working a hybrid schedule primarily from the Lewiston Maine headquarters. The CHRO is a member of the agency Executive Team reporting directly to the President and CEO.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization by working with the board of directors, executive staff, and other management staff to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and operating systems
• Provides daily management for human resources, volunteer and administration departments
• Responsible to assure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures
• Excellent customer service through staff training, monitoring and internal feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) required in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
• 10 years of broad based experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 10 years management experience
• Experience in non-profit environment helpful with managing an organization with a budget of no less than 5 million dollars
• Familiarity with ADP and Microsoft Office Products
• Master’s degree preferred
• Human Resources certification a plus
