Office Coordinator
We are searching for an experienced Office Coordinator at our Mankato, MN facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
We are lookingfor a skilled OfficeAdministrator to undertake avariety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integralpart in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successfulin supporting business activities. An excellent Office Admin is, aboveall, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communicationskills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out receptionand administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensurethat office operations are efficient and add maximum value to theorganization.
Dutiesand Responsibilities:
  • CoordinateCustomer Training Center visits
  • Maintenancework request record management
  • Jobcost audit data pulls and synthesizing of data
  • T-sheetsmanagement, report building
  • Paperrecord digital conversion (shop floor paperwork to digital recordconversion)
  • Visitormanagement, customervisit preparation
  • Coordinate supplierscorecard and NCR/RMAdocumentation
  • Support site recognition activities and assistingin employee record management
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition
  • Maintain office equipment (aka ensure copiers are operational and fully stocked with toner, paper, etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Support meeting and conferencing needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Willingnessand ability to eliminate, reduce, or automate non-value add tasks
  • Proficiency and adaptability with MS Office products
  • Willingnessand ability to learn other software applications
  • Maintain confidentiality
