Job Summary:

As a Window Treatment Sales Designer at Integrated Windows, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the process of selecting and customizing window treatments to suit their unique needs and preferences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend your passion for design with your sales acumen to create tailored solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

Duties:

• Conduct home and gallery consultations with clients to understand their window treatment needs and design preferences.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on product selection, fabrics, colors, and styles to meet clients' aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Generate accurate quotes and proposals based on clients' specifications and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with clients, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to installation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and driving business growth through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Community networking and growing our client base.
• Technologically savvy - daily maintenance sales calendar, CRM, & project management software

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home furnishings industry.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate clients' schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
