We are seeking a qualified Multi-Site Supervisor with a strong commitment to youth development for our Youth Development Centers (YDC), which include both school and community based out of school time programs for youth in grades K-8. The Multi-Site Supervisor is a member of the leadership of our 14 sites. The Multi-Site Supervisor will work collaboratively with a team of Multi-Site Supervisors and directly supervise a cohort of programs. Multi-Site Supervisors are on the front lines of our work in staff development, program development, using data to inform decisions, and maximizing our resources to achieve our mission and strategic goals. They are skilled leaders, managers, and collaborators.
