About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SMB Account Executive that will join our amazing team. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building key relationships, and closing new sales.

This is a hybrid role with some requirements to come to SensCy HQ in Ann Arbor, MI for internal meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an integral component of the team to expand presence in the market and drive high growth.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients within small to medium size companies.
  • Keep a well-organized sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, sales activities, client interactions, and deal status using CRM software and generating regular reports to analyze performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources including email marketing, social media, affinity groups, events, etc. Clearly maintain and update the client and lead database in our CRM system.
  • Proactively reach out to potential prospects through cold/warm calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to the prospect’s needs.
  • Strive to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regularly review and adjust strategies in alignment with set goals.
