Sensical Inc. is a leading custom manufacturer, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Account Coordinator to join our team.

This position acts as a liaison between internal departments and our customers to ensure that the ordering process runs effectively by preventing delays, troubleshooting, and resolving complications.

Job Responsibilities :

Account Management / Customer Service Excellence : Serve as the primary point of contact providing exceptional customer service throughout the order process.

Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction at every step.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge
• Data Management : Maintain organized databases and records related to customer orders, and quotes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communication Liaison : Work closely with various internal teams, such as sales, project management, and finance, to gather vital project details required for the order / estimation process.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Previous Customer Service Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Organizational Abilities : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products including an above-average understanding of Excel.
• Adaptability : Ability to adapt to evolving situations and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
• Team Player : Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Excellent Communication : Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
