Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for our guests. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Perform porter duties, including collecting trash and recyclables and restocking supplies.
- Clean and maintain floors using industrial cleaning equipment, including floor polishers and buffing machines.
- Clean and maintain surfaces using commercial cleaning products, including walls, windows, and mirrors.
- Perform residential painting and commercial cleaning tasks as needed.
- Ensure all facilities maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in custodial or facilities maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and commercial cleaning products.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques and commercial cleaning practices.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
