Sentara Health is currently hiring an Enterprise Analytics Consultant for the Consumer Market Research team!

This is a full-time position with day shift hours and excellent benefits!

Remote work available in the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $102,167.52(annually) to $136,500(annually).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of Business acumen experience around basic finance, accounting, operations, management & marketing.

  • Data exploration & visualization techniques

  • Statistical and non-statistical modeling and optimization for predictive and prescriptive analytics

  • Analytic programming; database management, including the role of master data management, data quality, ETL, storage, processing, and cloud computing

  • Healthcare electronic medical record systems, billing systems, imaging systems, productivity, and financial systems in ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings.

  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta Ads Manager) preferred.

  • Additionally, previous experience with Marketing, Agile methodology, SQL, and A/B testing is preferred.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Supports executive leadership and Vice Presidents within the enterprise-wide analytic community, including Enterprise Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Strategy.

  • Helps lead and coordinate major cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives in support of Sentara's top-line strategic goals and Enterprise analytics divisional goals.

  • Guides the analytic community around the development of key analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting, especially when cross-functional coordination is required.

  • Takes a key role in developing and administering enterprise-level data governance functions.

This position will support the marketing and consumer analytics teams in evaluating the performance of various tests (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing), as well as becoming a Subject Matter Expert around consumer data sources, assessing and reporting on KPIs about various campaigns.
