Sentara Health is hiring a Health Record & Info Tech, Hybrid-Remote in Williamsburg, Virginia.

This position is full-time day shift. The work hours are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 11 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Tuesday & Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Account and prepare all documents for precision scanning into the electronic medical record with strict attention to maintain patient confidentiality guidelines for safeguarding patient medical information. Required to work within many different computer environments to track, scan, identify, validate and access medical records. Responsible to maintain data and statistics to support activities.

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Medical Records Data Experience 1 year required
