SMG MidAtlantic Cardiothoracic - HH is now hiring a Full-Time Ambulatory Registered Nurse in Norfolk, VA!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p. NO NIGHTS, HOLIDAYS, or WEEKENDS!

This position includes the following duties: Pre-visit planning for our cardiac clinic patients to include note prep and pre-operative risk assessments. Cardiac referral management including scheduling the appointments. Entering external result orders to coordinate advanced imaging. Occasional rooming of cardiac, aortic or thoracic patients. Coordinating patient care with our cardiology structural heart colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license (VA or Compact)
• ASN, BSN, or MSN
• Cardiac experience preferred
