Job Description
Were growing and were looking for detail-orientated Customer Service and Dispatch Representatives for a call center.
This is a full-time, direct hire position;
Here Are Just Some Things A Customer Service Rep Will Do:
- Receive and process service requests by phone (primarily), fax or email.
- Prepare routing information, schedule appointments with dispatchers.
- Prepare any follow-up to ensure appointments can be made by the specified dates required.
- Adjust or cancel bookings as requested.
- Access or update customer's records for individual accounts.
- 1 years customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Ability to learn booking and dispatching software. Service Titan a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Multi-tasking!!
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful).
- Were growing and we prefer to promote from within allowing our associates to grow with us
