In this role, you will provide accurate and professional scheduling services for both clients and caregivers. Your responsibilities will include data entry, updating caregiver availability, and addressing questions in a timely manner, . This is a salaried position, and there may be times when the job requires working longer hours or weekends, as well as being on call to ensure all shifts are covered.

Responsibilities and Expectations
1. Ability to match client needs with caregiver schedules and skills.
2. Coordinate all scheduling activities with Care Management Staff while tracking updates and changes in our Scheduling software system.
3. Document scheduling activities daily in Excel Spreadsheet.
4. Communicate schedule changes with clients and caregivers in a timely manner.
5. Interact with clients, caregivers, and managers on a constant basis with situational results.
6. Complete new client service inquiries as needed.
7. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
8. Ability to share the duties of being On Call once a week of the month.
9. Ability to give help and train new caregivers during orientation.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Minimum 1-year experience as a scheduler and/or other administrative role.
2. Pass State Background Check
3. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
4. Ability to multitask in a professional environment.
5. Ability to treat clients, caregivers, and staff with dignity, kindness, and respect.
6. Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations quickly
7. Ability to work with immediate deadlines, sometimes under stress.
8. Data entry and computer experience are a plus, and Outlook experience is preferred.
9. Must be goal-oriented with a high degree of personal integrity.
10. High school diploma required.

Work Environment…
1. This job operates in a hybrid environment.
2. Travel time may be required to attend meetings.
3. Position is salaried and may require times for working after office hours and possible weekends.
4. On call will be shared with other managers which is rotated from one week
Preferred Education and Experience: associate degree or higher. One year of related experience.
