Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the music ministry, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere through music during worship services.

Duties:
- Plan and lead worship services, including song selection, rehearsals, and coordination with other musicians and vocalists
- Engage and inspire the congregation through music that aligns with the message of the service
- Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to ensure a cohesive worship experience
- Mentor and develop musicians and vocalists within the worship team
- Coordinate special music events or performances as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong musical abilities with proficiency in playing an instrument or singing
- Experience leading worship services in a church or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with congregation members
- Ability to educate and inspire others through music
- Leadership skills to guide and support the worship team
