The Facilities Manager at Serán is critical to orchestrating routine maintenance, scheduled upgrades, and construction projects with limited disruption to business operations or production. The Facilities Manager leads a collaborative team comprised of facilities technicians with diverse skillsets. The primary responsibility of this position will be to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to efficiently manage projects of various scale. Successful candidates will exhibit strong leadership capabilities with experience in project management.
