Well established home care company in Staten Island is seeking an RN to care for patients in their assisted living facility.

Salary up to $92,700

Hours are: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8pm, No Weekends!

The Adult Care Facility Nursing Case Manager is an essential component of the certified agency team. It is a Registered Professional Nurse who administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing service in an adult care facility.

What We're Looking For:

• NYS RN license.
• CHHA Experience preferred.
• Must be able to work M-F
• 1-2 years clinical experience.
• Excellent clinical skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID 19.
