At Serco, you can apply your expertise to assist PMS 400D monitor production across the DDG 51 Class ships, highlighting production issues that could impact cost, schedule, and quality of the ships. As prime contractor, Serco supports the US Navys DDG Shipbuilding program providing engineering and production support. As Lead Production Engineer, you will be a critical part of a skilled group of engineers, analysts, and field technicians with a mission to oversee production and delivery of the Navys DDG-51 class ships while working to improve the efficiency and quality of the shipyards processes and ensure ship reliability.
You will work closely with PMS 400D Production Officer/Branch Head to analyze the Initial Baseline Review for each hull, identify potential risks and opportunities, and monitor shipyard efforts to achieve objectives.
