We are a busy catering company that is looking for a Special Accounts Cook for one of our Corporate Accounts in the Denver Area. You will be responsible for creating daily breakfast and lunch menus along with preparing and executing them on-site. We are looking for someone that has at least 3 years' experience in the kitchen and can cook a wide range of ethnic cuisines. Strong cooking skills and a desire to learn more.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:Daily rotation and inventory.
Maintain pars and informs Account Manager of ordering needs.
Follows strict sanitation guidelines.
Daily written temperature logs.
Ability to jump on washing dishes if necessary
Creative input on menu choices with nutritional and allergen intolerance considerations.
Daily adherence to menu item labels.
Able to follow recipes.
Maintain set standards for professionalism regarding positive attitude, appearance, and demeanor.
Maintain an outgoing, friendly, and consistently positive outlook in a guest focused open kitchen.
A sense of urgency, initiative and flexibility.
This position is up to 40 hours a week.
Monday-Friday from 6am-4pm.
