Dental Office Coordinator, Scheduler, and Administrator

Responsibilities :

Great hands-on leadership opportunity for a person with excellent communication skills & dental front office experience to grow while having fun and working closely with the doctor and other staff to deliver office goals.

  • Take phone calls, answer questions, book appointments, and convert callers into patient with great customer service.
  • Welcome patients to the office, help fill out paperwork, confirm insurance & payment responsibilities and make them comfortable, offer various options while educating them on dental services and explaining insurance and the cost of the treatment plan
  • Provide patients with information on dental procedures and what to expect & their insurance information so they don't have any surprises
  • Maintain optimal schedule & fill appointment slots when necessary by calling patients.
  • Coordinate with patients for treatment plans and follow with the treatment plans
  • Coordinate with dentists with specific information on patients' histories and complaints making sure patients are always given the first priority.
  • Keep track of insurance payments, aging reports
  • Communicate effectively with labs and other external parties
  • Make follow-up calls to patients to provide them with reminders about appointments
  • Be proactive, keep the doctor in the loop with regular communication

Requirements :

  • MUST have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills;
  • MUST have extensive dental front desk experience.
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service;
  • MUST be friendly, professional, and highly organized;
  • Ambitious and friendly personality to grow with the office
