Job Summary:

The Front Desk Medical Receptionist / Social Media Marketer provides administrative support to the department and focus on building and maintaining a strong social media relationships on various social media platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Managing office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Providing general administrative support to team members as required.

Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist social media third-party company with creation of visual for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Assist with developing social media calendars and scheduling posts using social media management tools.
  • Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
  • Monitoring social media trends and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.

Events Responsibilities:

  • Assisting, planning, coordinating, attending and providing support for marketing events.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in customer service, creating and curating social media content on various platforms, (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team.
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and quick learning abilities to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • One year of marketing or sales experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Travel to events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
