Senior Systems Administrator
Lehi, UT - Onsite
Serenity is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator professional for our corporate office located in Lehi, UT. This employee will be instrumental in configuring and administrating hardware and software to propel the company to new levels. 

What You Will Do

• Design, Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot Server & Network Architecture (in a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment) as well as VoIP systems. 
• Create and Communicate Change Control plans with rollback contingencies to ensure service uptime during operational hours. 
• Create clear and concise support documentation for recurring issues. 
• Available for rotating on-call schedule outside of normal business hours to solve company-critical, IT-related problems. 
• Available to travel to out of state locations to setup new clinics with computer equipment, networking equipment & network cabling.
• Available for occasional work (about once per quarter) outside normal business hours for planned maintenance/migration projects. 
• Administrate Microsoft 365 Business environment, including Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Autopilot 

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or an equivalent combination of experience. 
• 7 years of relevant experience in an IT environment (certifications can be additive to work experience.) 
• CompTIA Network , CompTIA Security , Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other equivalent certifications
• Initiates major tasks & projects by creating plans and carries them through to completion
• Mentors & leads others in foundational procedures and follows industry standards & best practices 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Be confident enough to share your ideas, but humble enough to learn from others 

 
What Will Set You Apart? 

• CompTIA Server , CompTIA Cloud , AWS Professional, Azure Architect or Equivalents 
• Experience working in an Agile Project Management environment 
• Previous experience in Microsoft 365 Business/Azure environment
