Serenity Hospice is Hiring a Healthcare Recruiter Near Salem, OR

Serenity Hospice is searching for a reputable Healthcare Recruiter in the Oregon Market with experience hiring RNs, LPNs and CNAs. This ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a sales mentality, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, local schools and colleges. This candidate must reside in Oregon.

Position Requirements & Competencies:

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment.
  • Healthcare and/or hospice experience required.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Travel - 25% - Eugene, Salem and Portland
  • Expertise in working with an ATS, Clear Company a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Drive to provide excellent customer service and a high touch experience with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
