Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with experience to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling our products, in a retail setting to drive company revenue. Incentives are available based on experience.

Sermoneta Gloves is a high end Italian company producing their own line of Men’s and Women’s custom leather and cashmere gloves. We have been the number 1 glove company since 1965 with worldwide locations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Understand and explain our handmade Men and Women’s Italian gloves and assist them in finding their color, style, and size
- Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders including preparation of online orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Keep the store neat, and tidy, to ensure the products are properly stored
- Assist with windows and displays
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, deals, etc.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Process newly received shipments
- Assist with the yearly inventory count
- Prepare online orders and phone orders for shipment
- Be enthusiastic and informative about all products
- Help create a positive environment for customers to shop and buy
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong sales skills to increase sales
- Bilingual English/Italian is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
- Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Ability to lift between 20-50 pounds
- Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional demeanor and appearance required
