Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and customer service standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Competitive hourly wage: $16 - $22 per hour.
