Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent at Seronda Network, you will be a key part of our customer support team, providing top-notch service to our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
