Salary: $3,800 - $4,650 per month
Junior Events Assistant Overview: As a Junior Events Assistant at Seronda Networks, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning and execution of our events. Your role will involve a blend of creativity, organization, and coordination, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and venue setup.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels.
• Handle administrative tasks related to events, such as scheduling, communications, and budget tracking.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with company objectives and branding.
• Contribute to post-event evaluations and reports to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
• Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
