Serra Nissan Volkswagen is looking for an energetic individual to take over the role of our Owner Loyalty Manager.

This position engages with every customer during the sales and delivery process, and follows-up with every customer following the sale.

The position also assists customer's with customer-satisfaction concerns, and pursues the customers' loyalty to the brand.

You will be on site and this is a full time 40 hour per week position.

The OLM reports directly to the General Manager and interacts daily with the Sales department.

This is a key position, and requires someone who is comfortable speaking with customers on a daily basis.

You will wear many hats with this position! Your job will include, but not limited to :

Contacting Customers daily after the sale

Interacting with customers during the sale

Customer Delivery

Posting completed sales on our Facebook and Instagram Pages

Help create videos to drive more traffic.
