What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Representative position at Serra Chevrolet?
Are you ready for a career in the automotive industry or looking to take it to the next level? We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team in our Business Development Center. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday including some evenings.
BDC Associate Duties Include:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customers' Sales and Service inquires
- Scheduling appointments for Service, New and Used Sales customers
- Responding to Sales and Service internet leads
- Making outbound Sales and Service calls utilizing various manifest lists
- Running various reporting
- Jumping in with other BDC team members' customer leads to be a second voice
- Other various office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Proficient in common computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Possesses the ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Previous experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right applicant
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
