Job Summary:
The Rental Assistant at Serra Rochester Hills will be responsible for assisting the rental department in various tasks related to the rental process. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The Rental Assistant will be an individual contributor, working closely with the rental team to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Perform vehicle inspections and document any damages or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability and proper maintenance
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing rental vehicles as needed
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective rental experience for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized rental office and lot
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the auto industry preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
