Career Service Coordinator

Job Description:
The Career Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing career counseling and job placement services to students and alumni. The coordinator will work closely with employers to identify job opportunities and develop relationships with local businesses. The coordinator will also be responsible for organizing job fairs, workshops, and other career-related events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide career counseling and job placement services to students and alumni
- Develop relationships with local businesses and employers
- Identify job opportunities and match them with qualified candidates
- Organize job fairs, workshops, and other career-related events
- Assist with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Maintain accurate records of job placements and career services provided
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in career counseling, job placement, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
