Job Summary:
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will provide telephone and in-person support to users for Windows desktop applications. You will serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, PC, and printer problems. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing while also possessing a positive customer service attitude.
Principal Responsibilities:
Education Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:
This position requires at least five (5) years of experience in business IT environments, with emphasis in PC and Server hardware, operating systems, and applications. The successful candidate will provide demonstrated experience in:
