Service Champions Inc is Hiring a Representative, Client Services & Sales Near Denver, CO

Ability to work various shifts(this position is on-site and not remote): 

Operating Hours: (Schedules willvary)

Monday- Thursday: 7:00AM- 7:00PM 

Friday: 7:00AM- 6:00PM 

Saturday: 7:30AM- 4:00PM 

Pay rate: $20-$24 DOE plus bonus opportunities

Our Client Sales Team are amazing communicators who assist our clients byoffering solutions and identifying opportunities. They have the ability to jumpin and handle inbound / outbound calls, provide 1st class customer service,book service appointments, educate and upsell clients on various services.

The IdealCandidate: 

  • Sales-minded, goal-oriented person with a focus on achieving success
  • 1 years Customer Service, Sales or Collections experience
  • Teamwork mentality 
  • Some college or military experience is a plus
  • Passion for Winning
  • Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties
  • Ability to work independently with only general guidance and also work closely with other associates
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations
  • Requires high level of tact and integrity
  • Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and high accuracy
  • Satisfactory passing of pre-employment screens including background check, employment verification, and drug screen
  • Has prior experience working in Service Titan a plus

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone skills, persuasiveness, and passion for providing quality service to our customers
  • Proven record of customer focus and relationship building
  • Focus, self-motivation, a concentrated work ethic, problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and poise
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
  • Call center experience is a plus

Work Conditions:

  • Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc
  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
  • Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job
  • Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 25 pounds
  • Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment
  • The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate
