Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - Campaigns to lead creative and influential advertising campaigns across our 18 brands. A creative visionary, capable of crafting thoughtful, premium, and best-in-class campaigns that resonate with customers across video, print, and social media channels is a must for this role. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a crucial role in driving brand recognition and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Management: You will be responsible for developing detailed campaign briefs that outline objectives and expected outcomes, setting the stage for creating best-in-class content across TV, digital platforms, social media ads, billboards, direct mail, and more. You will lead the execution of key campaign creative assets, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and crafted to resonate deeply with the target audience.

Crafting Engaging Presentations: Create compelling presentation decks that communicate strategic visions effectively, aligning stakeholders and generating enthusiasm for campaigns. Produce high-quality visual content that ensures consistency and excellence in messaging, captivating and engaging customers across all platforms.

Making Our Brands Standout: Master a deep understanding of what makes each of our 18 brands unique to develop tailored, standout campaigns that avoid generic approaches. Utilize creative solutions and innovative strategies to ensure each brand shines uniquely, even when sharing the same market.

Inspire a Culture of Innovation: Encourage the team to explore innovative and first-to-market ideas that enhance brand recognition and deepen customer connections.

Marketing Material Evaluation: Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure they meet the highest standards of creativity, innovation, and effectiveness.

Streamlining Workflows: Implement efficient processes to optimize the creative workflow, enabling the team to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining content quality.

Team Leadership & Team Player: Be an integral part of the overall marketing team, and specifically manage a team of designers and creatives, providing guidance and motivation to produce exceptional work that sets industry standards. Guide the creative team in delivering top-tier content that aligns with campaign briefs and upholds brand standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with digital marketing team and other regional marketing leaders to align marketing to ensure that creative strategies are integrated with overall business goals, maximizing campaign impact. Demonstrated ability to solve cross-functional business challenges while maintaining creative excellence.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within a multi-brand or multi-unit organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale creative projects and multiple teams across diverse platforms, ensuring deadlines are met for all managed campaigns.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and other relevant design tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Wrike (or similar project management tools) is preferred, but not required.
