A Day in the Life of an Operations Manager:
- Customer Service
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Request and respond to customer feedback and reviews
- Keep customers informed of the status of their jobs
- Operations
- Determine daily schedule (pickups and deliveries)
- Coordinate with office staff to meet all production deadlines
- Fleet management
- Administrative
- Coordinate with office staff to maintain supply inventory, and purchase supplies
- Handle facility issues, as needed, and keep the facility neat and orderly
- Manage employee training requirements and schedules
- Provide employee coaching and team building efforts
- Previous employee management experience
- Ability to manage all aspects of multiple project types
- Professional, neat, and clean appearance that represents the Prism Specialties brand
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Solid multi-tasking ability, prioritizing skills, and attention to details
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
