Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Service Technician at Service Professor, Inc. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality service in accordance with EPA regulations.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction: Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional service
- Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose HVAC system issues
- EPA: Knowledge of EPA regulations and ability to comply with them
- Maintenance & Repair: Experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair
- Preventive Maintenance: Ability to perform regular preventive maintenance tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses
- Experience in the home service industry is a plus
