Service Quick, Inc. is an Authorized Preferred Partner of Samsung Care.
Job Description:
This position is a residential based service for exclusively Samsung Home Appliance/TV products.
The experienced Technician will perform diagnosis, evaluation and repair while updating unit status accurately.
Direct customer interaction is required so technicians need to provide good service experiences.
Daily routes are to be serviced and completed in a timely manner.
Experienced Home Appliance / TV Field Technician
- 2 years previous Field Service experience perferred
- Former HA/TV Installation and Repair or related field
- Good understanding of electricity (AC/DC fundamentals)
- Knowledge of using Multi-meters and troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.- Good understanding of electricity (AC/DC fundamentals)
- Knowledge of using Multi-meters and troubleshooting equipment
Driving Requirements
Valid State issued Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Reliable Transportation
Mandatory back ground screening and drug test
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be eligible for work in US (Work permit, Permanent Resident, US Citizen)
Shift Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturday as an Option), 9AM - 6PM
Overtime may be necessary depending on work completion.
