This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned:
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster provided products, tools, and procedures
- Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
- Take trash to outside dumpster
- Sweep/Vacuum hard surface floors and carpets
- Spot mop and mop hard surface floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish dispensers with soap and paper products
- Spot clean windows and dusting
- Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
- Availability to work evenings before and after 7 pm
- Ability to pass a background check and E-verify
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Standing, walking, pushing, etc., and must be able to lift and/or carry at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
