Position Activities and Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management Responsibilities
- Has oversight for daily & weekly financial functions and reports
- Weekly Payroll reports
- Review and Process payables
- Review and Process receivables
- Analyze financial reports for accuracy
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual financial reports
- Reconciliation of various accounts including bank, credit cards, etc.
- Optimize the use of Quick Books online software; develop special reports requested by management.
- Monitor, control and project cash flows in order to optimize the companys ability to capitalize jobs in the field, keep payables timely and properly utilize credit lines
- Manage a AR & AP staff of 4
- Generate Monthly Royalty reports
- Maintain and manage employee health insurance
- Manage payroll and payroll-related expenses
- Manage employee benefit plans, such as 401K and others
- Coordinate with the Operations Department on employee-related issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, and or a minimum of 5 years experience
- Ability to analyze and communicate financial documents and results
- Ability to manage and coordinate a variety of office functions in a fast paced organized manner.
- Ability to interact with other departments and provide for their needs in the course of doing business.
- Quick Books Online software knowledge
- Efficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
